Believe me, I’ve been there, this was me. 

I resisted sleep training because I thought it meant lots of crying and shutting the door on my child when they needed me.

I wish I knew then what I know now, I could have saved myself the tears and frustration.

How I work

As a holistic sleep consultant, I’ll help you discover the cause of your child’s sleep challenge.  If we don’t know why it’s happening, we can’t fix it.  So, we’ll look at:

Your child’s temperament, age, developmental stage and emotional wellbeing as well as nutrition, sleep environment & routine. 

Your parenting style, family dynamic and sleep goals for your child

How a sleep support package works

  1. I gather detailed information about your child, their sleep issues and your sleep goals.
  2. I gift you a Sleep App and you begin tracking your child’s sleep.
  3. We have a face-to-face or Skype consultation (1-2 hours).
  4. I provide you with a personalised sleep plan and talk you through the steps. 
  5. I support you with phone calls, in-app messaging and email support for 3 weeks*
  6. You receive a ‘next steps’ plan at the end of our support period.

Newborn Sleep Support


0 to 3 months

Discover why your newborn is sleeping the way they are and learn methods to help soothe, settle and get the best sleep possible.

This support package works with sleep foundations only (no sleep training is used with newborns) so we look at:

optimal sleep environment, feeding, emotional wellbeing, age-appropriate routines, sleep science, sleep education, settling & swaddling and we will address any current sleep challenges. 

*Package includes: questionnaire analysis, Skype/Facetime consultation (1-2 hrs), personalised sleep plan, follow up consultation (1 hr) and ongoing support for 3 weeks (in-app messaging, email & daily calls week 1, weekly calls week 2 & 3).


Baby & Child Sleep Support


5 months to 5 years

In this support package we will identify your sleep challenge, set goals and provide you with a personalised sleep plan to implement with support.

I can help you with; routines, naps, feeding, learning self-soothing & independent sleep, weaning strategies, bedtime antics, transitioning from co-sleeping to own cot/bed, transitioning from your room to own room, minimising night waking and much more.

*Package includes: questionnaire analysis, Skype/Facetime consultation (1-2 hrs), personalised sleep plan, follow up consultation (1 hr) and ongoing support for 3 weeks (in-app messaging, email & daily calls week 1, weekly calls week 2 & 3).
